What Happens If I Receive My Nails and They Don't Fit Properly?

If your nails arrive and they are either too big or too small, PLEASE do not apply them yet! They will fall off prematurely, and we don't want you to waste your money. Simply reach out to us, let us know which nails don't fit and if they were too big or too small, and we will promptly send you a free replacement!

How Can I Know What Designs I Can or Can't Order?

Test us! We love a challenge and want to try just about anything. If we don't quite nail your vision (pun intended), then we will happily remake them or refund you. More than likely, if it's a design we haven't done before, then you will receive a picture of them before we send them out to make sure you like them. The only thing we can't do are any sort of inappropriate, vulgar, or political nails. Just ask!

How Soon in Advance Should I Place an Order?

Need your nails to come in by a specific date? Let us know! Typically, the farther out you place your order, the better. That way you don't have to stress about it. However, a week should be enough time if you are local and can pick up, and 2 weeks is good for those who aren't local and need them to be shipped out. We can also do rush orders for an extra $10!
